1. Payment
The monetary transaction will be performed through the Paypal unless requested otherwise. The costumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The order will be shipped only after the payment is received. Please look at the pictures of the items carefully; if you have any questions about the color choice or the design of an item, feel free to contact me. The exchange option is not available unless there is a damage (please see the Refund Policy section for further details).
You can cancel your order within two business days before the package will be shipped. Full refund is guranteed including the shipping costs.
A deposit is needed (20% of the price) for the items made by a personal request.
2. Shipping
The order will be delivered by either USPS, or UPS, depending on your personal preference. The signature will be required.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
The purchased items are not refundable. It is highly recommended that the package is opened with a post man present. If there is a damage done to the item, I will replace the ordered item with another one (as closely done to the original design as possible) is available only if you fill out the DAMAGE form, or take a picture, and send it to me withing the folowing 48 hrs. If this condition is not met, the option of getting a renewed item is not present.

You must keep in mind that all glasses are not for a regular usage; they are best suited for a decorative purpose, or as a present for a wedding and another celebration. So please follow the instructions, and the gift will please its recipient throughout their life.))))) 1. Don't scratch the decorations while washing. 2. Hand wash only (no dishwasher please). 3. Don't leave to dry, gently wipe after washing.
